A J Savaliya Group built AI-4X Bitcoin Mining Simulator as an advertising-supported and in-app purchase-supported simulation application.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, when it may be shared and the choices available to users.
By using the application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Important simulation disclaimer
AI-4X Bitcoin Mining Simulator is provided for simulation, entertainment and informational purposes only.
The application:
- Does not perform real Bitcoin or cryptocurrency mining.
- Does not use the device to validate blockchain transactions.
- Does not generate real Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.
- Does not provide guaranteed income, profits or investment returns.
- Does not allow simulated balances, points or rewards to be withdrawn as real money or cryptocurrency.
Any mining speed, hash power, balance, coin, reward or performance value displayed inside the application is virtual and has no monetary value.
The application does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
2. Information we may collect
The specific information processed depends on the features you use.
Account information
When Google Sign-In or another account feature is used, we may process:
- Name.
- Email address.
- Profile image.
- Google account identifier or application user ID.
- Authentication tokens required to keep you signed in.
We use this information to create and maintain your account, authenticate access, synchronize app progress and provide account-related features.
We do not receive or store your Google password.
Application activity
We and our service providers may process information about how you interact with the application, including:
- Screens viewed.
- Buttons or features used.
- Session duration.
- App launches.
- Virtual mining sessions and progress.
- Booster usage.
- Simulated rewards.
- Purchase events.
- Advertising interactions.

IP-derived information may be used to determine an approximate country or region. We do not request precise GPS location unless a future application feature clearly asks for permission and provides an appropriate disclosure.
Advertising information
The application may display advertisements through Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network mediation.
Advertising providers may process information such as:

Purchase information
When you make an in-app purchase, Google Play processes the payment transaction.
We may receive limited transaction information such as:

- Subscription status, where applicable.
- Country or currency-related transaction information.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Notification information
When notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process:

- Notification interactions.
This information is used to deliver service messages, reminders, feature updates or promotional notifications where permitted.
You can disable notifications through your device settings.
Information stored in Firebase
Firebase Realtime Database may store information associated with your account or application installation, including:

- Simulated progress and balances.
- Virtual rewards.
- Booster status.
- Purchase entitlement status.
- Referral information.
- Consent or preference settings.
Firebase Remote Config may be used to deliver application settings, feature configurations and experiments.
Firebase Analytics may process usage and device information to help us understand app performance and user engagement. Google explains that it generally acts as a data processor or service provider for many Firebase services, subject to the applicable service and data-processing terms.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:

We do not sell real cryptocurrency, conduct real mining or use user data to provide guaranteed financial returns.

Google Play considers data transmitted by an integrated library or SDK to be part of the application’s data collection and requires that it be reflected accurately in the Data safety declaration.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, information may be processed based on:
- Performance of a contract, such as providing requested app or account features.
- Consent, such as personalized advertising or optional notifications.
- Legitimate interests, such as application security, diagnostics and service improvement.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
You may withdraw consent through the available privacy settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

9. Account and data deletion
Users may request deletion from within the application:

The request should be sent from the email address associated with the account where possible.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records or legal compliance.
Google Play requires applications offering account creation to provide account deletion both inside the application and through an external web resource. Freezing or disabling an account alone does not count as deletion.
10. User rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion.
- Withdraw consent.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a portable copy of eligible information.
- Submit a complaint to a data-protection authority.

11. Security

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Children’s privacy
The application is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without legally valid authorization.

Do not select children as a target audience in Play Console unless the application, advertisements, SDK configuration and content fully comply with Google Play Families requirements.
13. International data processing

Where required, appropriate protections may be used for international data transfers, including contractual safeguards and service-provider data-processing terms.
14. Permissions
Depending on application functionality, the application may request permissions such as:

We do not request permissions unrelated to the application’s disclosed functionality.
